NO rev limiter on 93 octane tune?

so i have no rev limiter on my 93octane tune from my predator i called d.s and he said update it, i did and still no rev limiter on my 93octane tune, anyone can help?

i don't know how to post it up but i sent my original and last written tune to [email protected] i hope that was the right email address. i had the old v.9r19 software so i updated it to 9r20 and still have this problem. o and i was looking to get a custom tune do you think the rev limiter won't work with a custom tune also?

i sent it today cant remember what time maybe around 12-1pm.

actually i think i sent it in like 11am. my email doesnt show the right time its wrong for some reason.

ok so i just resent the email because i happened to forget the l in diablo when i sent it so it was sent back to me. how long will it take to fix?

sorry didnt mean to come off as rushing you guys. o just wondering but if you guys do fix it will it also fix it for custom tuning/? im not even sure if the rev limiter works for custom tuning. i never custom tuned it and i am planning on getting a custom tune soon and i dont want to get stuck in the same situation.
