What about giving us a refund? I have had my tuner for about 2 1/2 years and only used it about 1 good year. I feel screwed. Any help would be appreciated.

I guess you need to get in line as I have only got about a weeks of use out of mine...........

This has been going on for over a year now with no solution in sight, all we get from Diablo is "we are working on it or the test truck is broken"..............

And this is why i have not added on to my predator yet.. ive been thinking of either going to the trinity or just adding on the power puck, but due to all the problems , and lack of fixes/ help/ service myself and everyone else that owns one of these blue nightmares receives from diablo, i cant see myself wasting that kind of money.. i mean hell it seems like we all have wasted almost 400.00 on on this product that obviously will never be working right... hell i cant even get the DSDL to recognize my predator, and yes i have updated the software, and wasted more money on another interface kit hoping it was just a bad cord... Folks Ive had this programmer for years now and from day 1 had problems, if they couldnt fix it by now they probably never will... Time to spend money on a tuner that works or at least a company that will get back to its costomers in a reasonable amount of time!!!!

Must be having troubles changing that EGR on that test truck huh? Back on June 23 we were waiting for that to get fixed , it's Aug 29!!!!! Come on somebody do something for us this is really starting to suck .

I have the same problem. i change my ficm .and update my diablo ...no power

How about ALSO including the option to change tire size in the new update when you get it ready? PLEASE PLEASE!
