05 Vette, programmer will not install

I just got a call from a guy that is doing my performance upgrades on my vette, the programmer will not load. I bought the programmer from www.lmperformance.com and it will not work. The guy says it lists all the cars but not a vette we he gets to that part. Not sure the situation but he thinks either I need an update or it may have already been used. It was obviuosly a new product.I am picking my vette up tomorrow and really need to strighten this out. Can someone call me at 931-309-0072. My name is Jim.

I got a brand new programmer in. I tried to use the last one myself and even called diablo to walk me through it. They had me ship it back for a new one. I had to take my 05 vette back to performance guy to get more work done. I carried him the new programmer. He's telling me that the new programmer is saying the same thing as the last one. That when he goes in to performance tune, it only shows up information for a HHR and SSR I think. Never have we seen anything for more than two vehicles and this programmer U7191 is supposed to support four total vehicles(GTO,SSR, Trailblazer, and my 05 vette. Whats going on, do I need to just get my money back? Do I need to do something to my car? It does not recognize my car. He's done it and I've done it. I usually turn it on accessory so it should find my car. Very frustrating since been through two programmers. I have the usb kit that I bought separate in case I needed to install something. Please help, I am looking forward to my vette upgrades and have invested time in this diablosport. I do not want to be dissapointed

This is a standard U7191, not an SLP tool?

I don't have my car with me or the programmer. It is the standard diablosport predator programmer U7191 bought from lmperformance.com for 275.00. I got both of them from that website. The revision number is on the programmer and I should be getting the car back in 24hrs and I will be able to go through things more. Even if its the correct revision number, would it typically show up all four vehicles instead of two vehicles. What type of situation does this sound like? Could there be something wrong with the car? Do the car sometimes have to have something done to it? If so what and how big of a deal? Just looking for some kind of possible answers. Could it be a handful of things or does the problem usually happen and it usually has only certain possibilities? Do I need to download something? I know you may not be able to answer some of these yet. A friend of mine had a vette and really recommended diablo to me so I really am looking forward to straightening this out so I can see the result. Are things usually troubleshot and fixed on average or do you think I will have to send the programmer back for a refund?

I've got the programmer back and it only lists an SSR and Trailblazer. Not a corvette. I am ready to get the problem fixed. I've got my car back and if I can't get the programer fixed soon then i want to get my money back. The revision number is v.9r03.

is this a predator or a Trinity????

a 7191 predator would be revision 9r03.... BUT... predator's don't list out the supported vehicles like a Trinity does when you go to tune it...

so which is it?? what do you have??

it does ask what vehicle it is, but thats only supposed to happen when you plug into an SSR or TBSS, which leads me to belive it may have a SSR VIN or OS in the PCM.
