CustomerService

Post by LBZPWR »

I have asked 4 or 5 times for a custom tune, and Mike ignores me, he also has ignored my email's. To every one reading this. I had to ask for the boss, to get a responce out of him. I hope your boss reads this and makes changes so other people can be helped.

My boss wil tell you, just as I did, that we can not offer custom tunes for EGR removal as per the EPA. I'm sorry you dont like the answer, but that is his decision to comply with federal law, in an effort to not be fined by the government.

As for the other tune you asked for, I clearly explained that what you were looking for was a new crom with an adjustable parameter, which is not something that can be added with a tune.

I asked for a tune with more timing, and a little defuel on the shifts. You dense, or what? That stuff was in the past, I can see you have skipped over most of my posts.

No sir, you clearly kept asking me for a tune with the adjustable parameters in it. You never once said ;all I am asking for is a little more timing'.

Not once? Go to my thread " How can I get a new update" 2nd thread, posts 6 and 9 I ask for more timing and defuel. And both times you ignored me, and posted on that thread. And the email's, I can copy and paste those to on here, if you like?
