2005 GTO

Post by the5ko »

Hello,
I'm new to diablo sport i just got my DiabloSport Trinity yesterday my part no. is 6jve702
I have the 2005 LS2 GTO auto , mods on car : American Racing headers, Corsa cat-back, SLP pulley, and Varram Intake. I wondering if anyone can help my to modify the tunes to suit the mods i have on the car ? and how to set the shifting point ? and tire size and max speed ?

Thanks in advance

Get in touch with Lew, he can set you up with a nice custom tune for those mods.

cool man, congrats!!

k... no, you can't change shift points... tcm/tranny support is not available yet, so you can't adjust/change anything for the tranny...

speed limiter is already raised in the tunes, there is no parameter available for you to change it yourself...

you can do some data logging to see where your average LTFT's are at (long term fuel trims), and adjust your fueling to get them into the 0 to -2 range....

when you go to log with the trinity, select the gauge layout named DS_LOG_REDUX and it will have all the necessary parameters selected already...

then do a steady drive on the highway, with your rpms around 1800-2000... log for about 10 minutes...

then use the DataViewer program to get the log out of the trinity and then save it as a .csv file... and then use the DSLogRedux program (http://www.dslogredux.com) to analyze the csv data log file, and it will tell ya what you should adjust your injector slope setting to...

also, as mike mentioned above, I can do a full custom tune for your car/trinity as well... using diablo's CMR tuning software... and I adjust a LOT of things to gain you even better throttle response, acceleration, stronger/harder pull, better mileage, etc etc... whenever you get interested, just give me a hollar... ;)

enjoy man!!
