f650 problems

I bought a predator for 7.3 as it is the only programmer I've been able to find that says it's ok for a f650 with 7.3

I used it and it copied the factory settings but when I tried programming a tune it says it was unable to do it and now it won't do anything....and the truck won't start. It says it can't install the original settings and also fails to put a tune on it. I make a living with the truck and MUST get this problem solved ASAP. Any help please is appreciated.

What is the revision on the top line of the main menu?
Try disconnecting the battery for a few, then reconnect and try cranking it. Also check to confirm there is no chip on the PCM
If it still does not start, please give us a call in the morning with the tool powered up in the truck.
