Ford F650 w/ Cummins 5.9L M3020?

Will the M3020 work with a 2007 Ford F650 & the 5.9L Cummins Common Rail ?

I see the M3020 listed on the main website for the "5.9L Cummins Common Rail" but the only mention in the manual for this engine is listed as "Dodge".
So will it work with the F650 & the 5.9L Cummins?
