2007 Silverado Calibration Not Supported

I just recently purchased the U7194 with version v.9r19 on it. When I try to flash the ecm with a performance tune I get a message saying Calibration not supported. Do I have to wait until a new update comes out just so I can use my programmer for the first time?

that didn't work it still gives the same message. Any other suggestions?

I went up to dealer and got them to update my ecm as I read on other posts. My problem is solved now and my truck is running great.
