2006 Chrysler 300 SRT8 new predator install issue...HELP!!!!

Hi guys I need some help. I have a 2006 300 SRT8 with 9,000 original miles on it that I recently purchased used. I ordered a predator (U7135) and it came in today. I just tried to install a tune and when it attempted to backup my original tune it failed and I keep getting an error that says vehicle may already have a predator tune and the predator wont install a tune or backup the original tune. I purchased the car used so I cant say for sure if it ever had a tune installed. What do I need to do or is there a way to force the install of the custom tune without doing a backup?

Answered in the Dodge section. You gotta have the dealer flash the PCM.
