Actual RPM ranges?

Post by dnar »

Hi, I am just trying to determine what to do about ST Knock that only occur at around 3900 and 4900 RPM.

The Fuel and Spark ranges are 1000-3800, 4000-4800 & 5000-7000.

What's the story with 3800-4000 and 4800-5000RPM?

Are the ranges actually 1000-3800, 3800-4800 & 4800-7000RPM?

Cheers in advance.

those are the ranges available to you via the handheld unit, yes...

to pinpoint those specific rpms you noted, you'd need to get a custom tune done....

Thanks for the response. Bugger, no CMR tuners on my side of Australia...

Why doesn't the Diablo cover the entire RPM range?
