P20E3 and P2084 codes

With the programmer in the 80hp mode I keep getting codes:
P20E3 EGT sensor and P2084 EGT sensor circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2. I tried downloading the stock program but it won't return so this seems to be an issue with the programer. I have also gotten worse fuel mileage with or withot the Diablo since the truck was new which know has 45,000 miles on it with all filters changed several times. Is there a new revision and or could this be an EGR issue?

Sounds like a faulty egt sensor. Sensor 2 after dpf
