Please help with my custom tune.

I have a custom tune installed for my supercharged charger. I just updated my predator and now the custom tune will not work. I do have it backed up and have posted it up here. Please can anybody help me make this custom tune work now with the new rev28?

should contact the person that did your first custom tune... they have your files and can update it...

I sent the copy of the custom tune to the people that did my tune but they said they needed the new back up that was made with the new software? They then gave me another copy of the same software, which im sure was updated, and it loaded it as a custom tune, but when I go to load the tune they made for me from before, it still isnt being accepted. What is wrong? is it the custom tune that needs the update to the new software or the new back up to allow the old tune to work? They seem to be stuck on this one to.

k.. you updated your predator to a new revision... did you restore the original backup stock tune to the car first I hope????

so now, you have to install one of the canned preset diablo tunes to the car so that the predator saves a new copy of the original backup stock tune again...

then export that new copy of the new original backup it saved with that new predator revision... and send them that new original backup stock tune file...

they need to re-create your custom tune based on that new original backup that was saved with the new predator revision.

I did back it up then udated, then put the 93CAI and it then backed up my new stock tune. I sent them my new stock tune and they sent me back the same tune but told me it was updated, now I have a supercharger and its running really bad. Anytime it spools up, the engin boggs down. They said they will look at the tune again but its been 2 day for them to get this figured out which worries me

figured out what the problem was. When I load the new tune into the tool, it comes up with a screen asking for me to locate "original tune". I am supposted to locate then my new back up tune with the new update on it and then it loads it up. Everything is working fine now.
