U7193 Will not allow ANY change in parameters 2004 Corvette

I have been going through Tech support for MONTHS and still do not have a resolution... I have sent in the logs and gone back and forth with emails saying that there is an update awaiting coding...

PLEASE, ANY UPDATE WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!! Here is the original email from Nov, 2010:

Issue:
When I installed the Diablosport tune, it says \"no parameters for this vehicle/transmission combination\" when I go to adjust parameters... Why is this? I wanted to see about setting the shift pressure higher as I have done on my 2005 Mustang. Is it not possible to adjust parameters due to the Corvette\'s transmission? Or am I doing something wrong? And I was led to believe that certain parameters such as the fans could be adjusted, etc... help Thank you in advance.

From 1/28/2011:
I spoke with our tuner and all of the repairs have been made in the software and sent to an off sit engineer to turn it in to an update… this is what we are waiting on now.
