Trinity with Extreme Puck

Have the Trinity on my early 04 dodge with the diablo egt hooked up and have a Extreme Puck to put on it and I have a couple questions. I called but really didn't get a confident sounding answer and would like to know for sure. I thought I could change the tune for the puck through the Trinity but since I have the Diablo EGT hooked up I still need to mount the dial ?the puck didn't come with anything to hook it to the Trinity just the dial. I would also just leave the tune in the Trinity the same ? Why is there extreme power puck tunes in the Trinity then ? Also how do you know what setting the dial is on ? There is no different settings just the dial ? Just a little confused since I thought I would install a different tune in the Trinity and the dial thing seems a little hard to be precise with.

You can stack however you like as far as what tune you flash with the puck installed.

The puck can still be controlled by the trinity, eliminating the knob, as the trinity has 2 analog inputs so one will control the EGT and the other the puck.

If you have them set up like that, you can even set an EGT point at which the Trinity will pull back puck power automatically.

If you dont already have it, contact our sales department, they have a cable that will connect the EGT and has the connector for the puck to plug right it.

I'll give them a call. My cable from the EGT only has the wires for it, nothing to connect to puck.

Will I need to configure another input for it or will the Trinity recognize the puck once it's connected and then I can just load a EPP tune?

I am extremely unhappy with your tech department and customer service. After waiting to speak with you on the phone for over 40 minutes the person I spoke with told me that you weren't available and that, I quote, " I obviously wasn't qualified enough to understand how to install or understand this". I asked him to go back and read this post where you clearly state that the puck will plug right into the cable and connect to the EGT as well. I received the cable today and I will attach a pic of what they sent me and would like to know how this simply plugs right in ? I argued with the guy because the stereo wire you sent me doesn't even having the capabilty to wire this all together and it sure isn't going to plug right in like is cleary stated in this post. Then to be told I don't know what I'm doing is unacceptable from a customer standpoint, especially one that has over $1000 worth of Diablosport products on their truck. I told him I wanted my money back and would post something on here about what happened and he cut me off right in the middle of a sentence and transferred me, which I hungup at that point.

Also, when I ordered this Mike in sales told me it would be "a couple bucks" for shipping. I was charged $17.50 to ship the wrong part and it could have fit in a envelope, outrageous !

I would like something done about this and would like the correct part. What I was expecting was something like the cable that was sent but had the white square plug to plug into the Diablo EGT on it and had a pigtail coming off it to go to the extreme puck, from your post that's what I thought it would be.

yes, there should be a plug for the Puck power knob, to allow the cable to plug right into the puck harness.

I did this on a friends truck without the connector, by clipping the connector off the dial cable, and figuring out which 2 wires needed to be connected...I dont recall which they were exactly, but it wasn't tough to figure out.

I was going to do that as a last resort I just figured since there was Extreme Power Puck tunes in the Trinity why not use them and was hoping to get a cable made to connect all 3, Diablo EGT, Trinity and Extreme Power Puck. Will the connector for the puck be long enough to reach the puck and plug in? The lead off the puck is short for the dial. Or will I have to splice into the dial wire anyway?

Just want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly and it will plug right up.

I replied to your email, for the third time, and also sent one to the address you posted.

I was hoping to have this by the end of the week, but I guess that won't happen. It is really frustrating to deal with this kind of service.

Please respond to my emails so I at least know you recevieved them and I would like the part that I already paid for ASAP. I think Diablosports needs to ship that out next day since I paid $17.50 to ship the first one.
