Mounting the Trinity in a Gauge pod with new connector

Post by srtbrian »

So your new style connector wont allow me to mount the trinity in the gauge pod since it sticks so far out in the back. How have you guys done it? Pictures would be great!

Yeah I had to cut allot of the pod to even just get the new cable to fit. I will have to take some pictures. but if you look at the end of the cable when you hook it up, it sticks far out from the back of the trinity and when you go to push the pod mount back in the hole the cable gets caught up behind the trinity and the gauge pod it self. now if you guys had a 90 degree off the back of the Trinity and had the cable plug in from the bottom but still in the back that would work.

Also I have two trinitys the older style that has the connector on the bottom and then the new one. the old one fits fine. But do you guys have a 90 degree that would plug into the bottom of the trinity and make it so the cable is not sticking down blocking my other gauges?
