Trinity tune hard shifts

There is nothing unsafe about the trans shifting firmly, in fact, it extends the life of the trans by keeping it from slipping constantly.

But Its does not feel nice while driving, i prefer a smooth shift

I drive a Chevy Tahoe LTZ 2011 (VIN: 1GNSKCE02BR285738) with the MPG Booster Tune (and the other Tunes) and i have the same "problem" with the very hard shifting. With the latest version trinity_gm_can_gas-1r08e_update.crom is it better, but not good. The shifting is still too hard and give a hard kick to the automatic transmission (if I push the throttle more than 70-80% down). Can you make it softer. Thanks.
