U7135 does not support my Calid?????

Recently updated my predator to 9r29boot thanks to Mike's help.
Went to install,get message "predator u7135 does not support calid 68054009AC tool update might be available." I do not get the calibration update window on the downloader... What am I missing??? I am unable to call tech support during business hours with the predator hooked up to the car as was suggested in a phone call to tech..

You are currently on a boot crom.
in that fact what you will have to do is log onto diablo's website and download the new 9r29 crom to continue. update the tool then reconnect to the vehicle and you should be good to go.

Boot crom bad????? I cannot download the current 9r29 update, it does not fully download, then displays "missing or corrupt file".
I was told I have an older/early unit..... Everthing was working fine until I went to update.... I really miss not having the tune in the car, was really looking forward the throttle boost option...and not interested in the Trinty yet..

What year is the car? If its an 09-10 use the CROM below. If its 05-08 you're shit out of luck and gotta use 9r12.

The car is 2010 Challenger R/T 6spd. Thanks I'll give this a try. If this doesn't work can I reinstall the 9r23 crom that worked before??

i had problems loading the new update like you. you have to download the DS loader first so that the computer will recongnize you tuner.. then download the crom file 9r29 upDATE. IT was hell but i gotta her done.

It may depending on the calid, but thats not the issue here, we need to see if it will load to the tool first

Ok we're getting somewhere!!!!! Tool took the update and so did the car... No throttle boost though...

There are some older tools out there that simply wont even take 9r29l, if it wont take it, 9r28l will be as far as you can go.

If you want some TB added to your tune, post up last tune written...
