What changes were made in u7137-9r13.crom? Should I update from 7137-9r12? Just curious.

I have 06 ram hemi and no changes in 9r13 crom for my truck but i always like to keep my tool updated ,( 9r13 was created to fix some support issues with 4.7L trucks as Vas@Diablosport said )
