Updating U7193

I have a U7193 that has the 1.13 revision on it. I now have a 2005 Hummer H2 and when I go to tune it I receive an error along the lines of vehicle not recognized... or something of that sort. How can I get the newest revision of the software? Thanks.

You'll need to contact our tech support at 561-908-0040 to get an RMA to send the tool in to be updated.

If I've purchased this tuner off of an individual will this affect my ability to get it revised?

There will be a $99 charge as the warranty on the Predator is good only to the original owner.
