how do i go about returning the trinity

i am sure you remember me and i will be reciving the trinity tomorrow and i called the store i bought it from and they told me to talk to you...i dont want my 30 days to run out on your 30 day money back guarantee...so what do i do because i am scared to even plug the trinity in after all the problems before, to mention them...having no car for a week, paying 200 to get the dealer to unlock and relaern the alarm system....so what should i do now?????

you have to contact the retailer to return the device, since you paid them....

I called them yesterday and they said to call u, so tell them they have to go by the 30 day money back guarantee

If they have any questions,,please ask them to contact our sales department.

Not sure why they would tell you to contact us, when you purchased it from them....?
