I'm running out of time if you don't come up with a fix in a couple of days I'm going to have to return the intune and get something from some body else.

we've been able to get past this for several customers this week through a process of deleting all updates then resetting the tool.
Please feel free to give us a call with the tool powered up in the car and we'll give it a shot.
