inTune freezes right out of box before installing drivers.

I unboxed my new intune last night and the first thing I did was hooked to my pc running windows 7. I used the supplied USB cord and the screen comes on. The status bar at the bottom only loads about 75% then it just sits there. I have tried to power the unit up fully in the truck with the other cable and used another usb cable to hook to my pc, STILL nothing. It never even loads to the point the computer sees it and realizes it needs to install the driver.

I didn't have a local dealer. Got it off internet but they do have the 30 day return policy. I sat on hold last night for tech support from 5:15 till 5:40 with no answer from a tech. I have heard nothing but good about diablo from my friends but so far my experience is making me doubt it.

yeah, they're working on a fix for this issue... others have had it happen as well....

Is this an issue they are able to fix over the Internet or by a work around or do I have to return the unit?

New unit arrived yesterday. Loaded up and updated correctly. Installed 87 octane tune and impressed thus far. There is a big difference in diablos 87 tune and the hypertech I had. Now for a little getting used to then a custom tune.

my intune tuner goes through the updating screens but then my computer tells me to connect intune when its already plugged in then ill un plug it to restart the proccess and the second it loads it says preparing on the in tune and then it goes through the writing screen and loads to 100 percent about 6 times some times it will say group update not loaded successfully ive tried this over and over again can anyone tel me what im doing wrong and when i hook it to my 06 ram 1500 4.7 i hit tune then write and it will freeze while loading someone help me out
