Freezes when writing...04 Ram

Just got this thing today. Tried putting it on my truck after first updating and all it does is freeze after I click "Write"...tried disconnecting aftermarket electrical components and various key on/off configurations still nothing...
Truck is an 04 Dodge Ram 5.7...

Mine freezes in my 04 ram when I click on tire size but sometimes it goes through and says error.

Did yours "mate" with the truck straight out the box?

Got it straight...I was told this had the capability to delete the egr...was I miss informed or am I just not able to find it?

the EGR modification can only be made thru a custom tune, Diablosport cannot make emission changes due to EPA regulations... but a CMR tuner can.

im haveing the same problem with my 03 hemi it just starts to write and the loading bar just freezes
