Will Not Install Drivers...Will Not Register...Error Windows

Plugged it into my laptop (vista) and desktop (7)
InTune drivers will not install on either computer
And every time I try and register it says there is an error and I do not get a Pin or anything...
Bought this thinking it was going to be easier to update and use via computer but its not!

shouldnt be an issue.

Is this your PC, or a work PC?
if you dont have admin rights, it may not let you install anything.

registration issues are being worked on, it is not necessary to get the software to work or to update.
if it is asking you to register, that means the updater software is indeed running as well, and it will check for updates.
The driver is used soley for live streaming data to the dataviewer software, and is not needed for anything else.

Both are my personal PC's
I have been using it in the truck and works fine
Its just nothing to do with the PC will work

can you access the intune and diablosport drives?

Again, if it asks you to register, everything on the PC is working fine.

If you plan to do some live streaming to the DV, we'll try to get the driver installed for you.

Yes I've run as administrator. It doesn't let me register the product as the data input screen is corrupt, ex: the data field boxes are all messed up. Its the same problem that another member posted about. It also cannot read the ecu on my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7L.

So after I figured out a way to get by this screen by basically guessing which boxes were for which data input. I finally got it to read my vehicle and then after clicking write tune, this is all I get:

I shouldn't need to do all of these things for a $400 product to work. I was wondering why not a lot of Jeep Hemi users had that this device and now I know why: IT DOESN"T WORK

There are a few issues on some of the Jeep applications, but to say it does not work is inaccurate.
We have sold close to 3000 inTunes now, and there are maybe 25 people here having issues. IMO it is still not an acceptable number, but it is less than 1% and we are working to resolve these outstanding issues in a timely manner.
