Intune Tcm support

Any new developments with this seemingly impossible TCM support being ported to the inTune????

I just received my new issue of GM High-Tech Performance. On the inside cover is a full page ad for the inTune. It says in big clear red letters "Now with 6 speed transmission support". I just got my inTune and tuning my G8 was very easy. If the TCM support is not out in the next two weeks though, I will be returning it and going with an SCT tuner. So, I hope it's as close as they say or they will be getting my inTune back.

I saw on another form tcm for the four speeds was released last week I hope six speed is released soon or I'm returning my intune for not doing what the ad says it will do

I replied to his post....

"uhhh, there would be more than one Last Tune Written file... the TCM file would be separate from the PCM file... did you have TWO tune files from the last tune written?? you would have a PCM_LTW and a TCM_LTW... so did you have the two separate files??

there are settings in the pcm/ecm file having to do with tranny stuff, but it's not tcm/tranny parameters... it has to do with torque management/etc for what the engine delivers to the tranny...

I don't think you REALLY have tcm support like you think.. heh.. seeing as how it's not out yet....

and the tcm file is separate... so if he was tuning it, there wouldn't be a "transmission section" - the whole tcm file would be for the entire tcm/transmission - it wouldn't be a separate section.... unless like I mentioned, it was only the pcm file, and you were looking at the transmission torque management section... in which case, that is not the tcm/transmission file at all - that is still the ecm/pcm file for the engine, not the tcm/tranny..."

I think I'm just going to hang tight and wait it out. You don't know who's fault the magazine add is, could it be Diablo's fault... Maybe. But it could also be a mistake on the Mags end but we won't start a law suite on them will we? Plus a law suite is just expensive and time consuming.

We all know who's fault it is, it's the fault of DiabloSport. A magazine would not make that up and include it in the add for free.
We all did the "hang tight" thing with our Predators and you see how that worked out. Class Action Suit are not costly and would give DiabloSport no choice but to make thing right with their false, misleading advertising and promises...........BAD BUSINESS!

It would be nice for the people at DS to be as honest as "LEW", to bad he doesn't work there. He did a hell of a job leading the campaign for the predator TCM support too.
