Itune freezing on my 2008 Dodge Ram

Got a 2008 dodge ram 1500 TRX4 that I'm trying to tune but when it tries to write it just freezes. What is weird is that when I go to the settings it recognizes the vehicle but it won't bring up the tunes. Hope they get the bug fixed, I want to get on the road!

this is the same issue I am having with my 2007 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi.. able to update inTune via computer, then when connected to truck, after choosing "tune vehicle" then "write vehicle" (turning key power to ON when asked) it freezes up.. then when I go back to settings, it recognizes the vehicle, shows VIN.. what to do?

I have the exact same problem on my 2009 dodge ram 1500. From what I've read this is a common issue with it. I just got mine Friday and cant get anywhere with it. I guess just got to call tech support Monday to see if anything can be done. pretty frustrating paying all that money on this and all it does is freezes up.

Yeah true true many phone calls coming monday. HAHA... Well at least the scan tool works on it. Put it on my bro's truck and it's throwing a code for the O2 sensor. Easy fix. Now if i can just get the tuner to start working I'll be in good shape.

called tech support, they were able to walk me thru reset, downloaded a file into root menu and was able to load a tune into my truck.. works fine now!

I called and they reset it. It gets farther now than what it did. I can get to the canned tunes now and when I choose one it fails when it tries to write back up. UGHHH. I think Im gonna just send this back and go with something else. This has been a big disappointment.

I can get all the way to picking a tune but when I do then it freezes at 0% when trying to read the backup. I don't understand what I am doing wrong?
