Problems with in tune tuner

Just received my tuner this afternoon. Naturally after tech support was closed.
It says my vehicle is not supported. Took in my house to update. Updates are current. Plugged it back in to my truck. Got to the tune vehicle screen and turn your key to on part and it frooze. Is anybody else having these issues?

Is it a Dodge or Chrysler? I had this same problem and many owners with the intune on Dodge or Chrysler vehicles. You have to call tech support and they will set you up. I got my on a friday and your story sounds just like mine. Call on Monday because they are closed on the weekends and they'll hook you up.

Does it even green when you plug it in to your computer?

What does green mean. It will not let me instal in computer but i can get online with it

Same problem with 2003 GMC 2500. Lets me select everything and then freezes on the saving original backup screen.

When I plug mine in to pc the regisration screen pops up. It will not let me register it comes up with an error. I think they should of done some more testing on the in tune before they released it. Sounds like alot of people are having problems with it. I thinking about returning it and maybe getting the predator for $100.00 less.

uhhh, 2003's are not supported by the inTune yet... so this is probably why....
