intune freezing?

My intune screen started flashing when i plugged it in to look for an update. It worked after that. Now when i was e-mailed that there was an actual update the red bar at bottom won't go past the O in Diablosport. I tried powering it up in my truck and same thing happens. Any Idea why it is doing that? I cannot update or do anything now.
