intune wont load just says failure to read pcm.(300c5.7)

Post by paulg10 »

I put the diablo tune on a few months ago no trouble. I just tried the mpg fuel saver tune and then put it back to stock tune no trouble. And today went to load the diablo tune back on and it wont load just keeps coming up with failure to read pcm. battery is fine what can I do.

There was anther customer yesterday who posted that he tried 4 times in a row, and it worked on the 4th try.
We are trying every day to duplicate this here so we can see exactly what is going on, but have yet been unable to reproduce it. We are still looking into it though.

Thanks

Subject: RE: Web Tech Support for paul anderson - 04-06-2012 16:22:39 You are correct, this is an issue that we have been able to resolve. The issue there, is that the resolution requires you to be on the phone with us so that we can reset a few sections of the tool.
If I dont get help I will report this to Florida consumer complaints. All I want is some service.

sir, if you are not able or unwilling to wait for us to find a resolution, I would strongly urge you to simply return the tool tothe retailer.

I am not sure what Vas was referring to, as we have not come up with a solid resolution for this issue at this time.
