Please Help....CALID not supported...downgrade...

Dealership flashed my PCM(68004302AH) to fix and issue covered by a TSB. Now my predator wants me to downgrade to previous version (68004302AD). By doing so my issue will return. Is DS working on adding the most recent CALIDs for predator upgrade? please help...I'm tuneless.

No issues will return, you're not the first person to do this downgrade, and nobodys issues return.

Thanks for prompt response. I had MIL codes even with the 93CAI tune. So you believe if I flash my PCM back to the older CAL I should not see these codes return? I'm kinda confused by that but probably don't really understand what is changing during the downgrade to previous CALID. If i do flash back and the codes return...I'm kinda in a bind as you can imagine the dealers response that the PCM flash upgrade needs done again. I certainly don't want to pay for a PCM flash update as the other was covered under warranty.

The update the dealer applied did more than just flash the calibration data in the PCM, the part we are going to roll back will be unaffected by the fixes they applied to address your issues

Mike, I applied the downgrade to previous CALID and then applied the perf tune per this recommendation. It's been a few days now and the MIL code has not returned. Also, there was one specific drivability feature that the dealer update fixed(hard downshift into 1st) and that is still fixed. So, I just wanted to thank you and to provide others on forum with the info that downgrading the PCM CALID in my case did not undo any of the upgrade features the dealer applied to fix my MIL code issue.

I had to replace my PCM in my 2009 Dodge Challenger, the old one had injector driver failure. I was able to flash the ECU back stock so my Predator 1 is not married.

I'm trying to flash the CMR tune from my Predator 1 into the car, but it seems the replacement ECU is on a later OS, 68004302AH. The predator wants me to downgrade to 68004302AD... I'm fine with the downgrade, but it seems the diablosport site the device is trying to reach is no longer at the expected URL? I tried going to diablosport.com/dcx but I get 404 error. Can you advise how to proceed? Thanks
