Exit Called!!! ????? (pluis other questions)

So I just received my intune yesterday. I have a 2010 Chrysler 300 3.5L. So far I have not been able to get the computer to completely recognize it and set up the auto update (it keeps telling me to plug in an intune first). However, it did recognize the car and was able to update the PCM calibration. It is on the lastest version. I have loaded the 89 Octane tune and made changes to throttle boost, top speed, fan settings all without difficulty. Today I went to do some data logging and was able to do a 10 min or so log without issue. I then went to try logging again and when instructed to turn key to on, it keeps having a pop up that says "Exit Called!!!" and will not do anything. Can someone please tell me what exactly is going on?

Also, I noticed that the tunes available are 89, 91, modify existing tune, and diablo tune. Is diablo tune the 93 octane tune? It doesn't specifically say.

Yes, diablo tune is 93.

Ok, cool. In the meantime, should I just keep trying to do the data logging? And is it ok for me to just keep unplugging it when it gets to that screen?
