Which serial cable for VISTA

Could someone please tell me which Radio Shack serial cable is best for connecting the Predator (U7186) to my PC?

I think the power adapter is Part # 273-1776. My local Radio Shack does not have that part. Is there another?

Any USB to serial adapter and a 12v 1 amp power supply.

There are Vista drivers for cables that use the Prolific PL-2303 chipset. Whichever cable you buy, make sure that it has Vista compatible drivers. The DS Downloader help file has more information in it, including links to some cables.

yeap forget it about number part on radio shack, the important is 12 volts, 1 amp. even if you buy a variable voltage (is what i have) set it to 12 volts and ready
