2007 Silverado intune freezing

My intune started freezing when looking for ecu in truck. I hooked to the computer and the truck. It froze when it looks for ecu. Any suggestion what I can try?

It freezes when I am told to turn the key on. It just locks up after a few seconds of looking for ecu.

I now it is 5:00 eastern and I was expecting a reply today. I guess they are to busy to answer my question?.
I spent 400.00 dollar for paperweight that is sitting on my desk. I asked a simple question, is it a day,a week,
A month. I would like to know.

I am hoping to get all the testing done today and tomorrow, so we can get it out to you tomorrow afternoon or wednesday.

They are usually pretty good at getting these little glitches taken care of. Keep us posted on what happens.

Send it back....get a new one if it doesn't work?

It all started in the GM TCM support thread for the inTune after I realized we were being told stories and being given the run around. Read that topic and you'll see why so many of us inTune owners are not happy....There is also a lot of things missing from that topic as well. Would have to tell you the entire story through PM because it most likely won't stick around if posted.

Look around, i let any and everyone voice their opinions, but trolling other threads just to talk smack will not be tolerated. Find something else to do with all of your spare time please.
