Application missing or corrupt

I have had no problems with my u7170 predator until now. when i plug it in to my truck it says "Application missing or corrupt" any suggestions?

I was trying to take the tow tune out of my truck and that started showing up.\
Ill make a rough guess and say the programmer is a year old.

I have never updated it seeing as though i dont have the correct wire to hook it up to my computer.

the back has one sticker with u7170 then a bar code followed by "predator 1999-2003 Ford"

the other sticker reads 216058 then a bar code.

hmm, odd, you'll need to give us a call and get the cables to fix that, or send it in for an rma.
