09 silverado 5.3 help cannot restore vehicle after update

Hi. I updated the intune to the latest update from today. Now it doesnt think I have a tune. It cannot restore to stock and when trying to load tune it says this vehicle already has a diablo product installed. I saved all the files in the tunes folder before updating it and after the update I loaded them back in but it says the vin doesn't match. I'll upload the 4 files that were under my tune folder before the update. As of right now my truck has the diablew custom tune.

ya im having the same problem to since i updated it today to..i went to load my custom tune and it wont let me saying i had a diablo product on the ecm already,and it says loading oringal back up which is my last custom tune form diablo...and i cant load my factory tune cause it got erased from the update...i ben trying to get help also no luk yet..

You wont get help because they are out of normal working hours. I am sure MikeL will be on here first thing in the morning to help y'all out.

Same problem, looks like some hold time is all our near futures.

let the tool read a copy of the tuned backup from the vehicle, then email it to us at [email protected].
If you have a copy of your original backup from before the update, send us that as well please.

try to install a tune, it will save the backup inthe process.
