I keep getting this message and I can't get any tunes. I just got it back from repair and it was brand new when it had to go in for repairs so I have yet to see what it will do. It's been a little over a month now and i really want some results at least the the internal update message was fixed.

do you have the trinity updated to the latest updates now?? if not, then do that first and see if it works... if you do and it still doesn't work, then you need to select modify factory tune, or factory hp tune from the main tune/performance menu... then it should save a copy of the original backup stock tune in it...

then, connect to your PC and use the dsdownloader to get the copy of the original backup tune file outta the trinity and saved to your pc...

then make a post on the forums here that your calibration is not supported, and attach your original backup stock tune file to the post...

they will use that file to add support for your truck in a new trinity update file...
