intune help

Post by LoneStarChevy1500 »

I bought the intune about three months ago, Installed the 87 tune, drove it for a few days installed a dual exhaust and wanted to turn the AFM/DOD off. When i hooked it up it froze halfway into the loading screen. I called tech support and they gave me a return authorization. When i returned it it had my stock tune in it, when it was returned to me my stock tune was gone. I called tech support again and informed them that my stock tune was lost while they had my intune being fixed. They said they would pay for my PCM/ECM flash as long as i had a reciept. My question however is i have the original PCM/ORI file and a PCM/LTW file. Can i give these to you guys at diablosport and can you remake my stock tune out of them so i can get my stock tune back??

Thanks for your Help Mike...Only one problem when i put the 87 octane tune back in it, now it wont go any faster then 98 : ( and seems a little slower then the old 87 octane tune i had before we got the stock tune back in it. But Lewis is gonna do a custom tune and i guess that will fix those problems??

If thats an ext cab or crew cab chevy with that 5" alum drive shaft tapered on each end to 4" u might not wanna push over 100 with it .. They dont like high speed cause their thin.. Blew mine up n at 105 LoL .. Have a cust high soeed balanced heavy duty straight 5" nah with no tapers .. I've run to 120 with it no problems .. If ur runnin a reg cab u probably have no issues cause they shorter in length
