2006 Jeep SRT Intune frozen.

Post by Motorboy1 »

So I've been shooting Emails to Frank but figured this might be faster.
Auto update has for sure screwed me.

From the beginning.
So my Intune has been automatically updating lately, here's my story on how I'm screwed now. I change tune to gas mileage tune to go to maple grove to race, Intune has bad freezing problems while loading, but it works ok. Get to the track put Race tune back in, again stupid freezing problems, but the tune loads. Go up to make a pass and log the run, screen pops up something like Vin reading error not programmed or something. Take it back to the laptop plug it in. Verifying................. writing.............. verifying......... writing............ preparing.......... finally connects brings up a message please run (something)Cdrom once intune is finished. I do that some black screen pops up forget what it says, but nothing really runs. Go back to the jeep, can\'t do anything no VIN Programmed I can't do anything!!!!!! My intune is blank...... won\'t even let me go back to stock or anything. Now I plug it into the computer it turns on but no touch screen buttons work. Well I pluged it into the laptop last night. try (1) It loads but under the Intune Drive (F) that it opens up under there are no files. No tunes No logs and there was a 3rd option I forget what it was right now. all it says is folder is empty. No update takes place, also the the intune gets to the main screen with the 3 options but is totally frozen can't open any catagory or even use the ? mark. Took it back out to the jeep today, it loads to the main screen, and freezes. If i work fast I can get one screen into it. I got to where it says the intune is for performance(bla bla bla) do you agree yes or no. couldn\'t choose. It froze. Also went into setting to try to see what the info was on it. only got to the next 3 choices and it froze again. So back in to the laptop. try (2) This time it pulls up normal. I got LOGs and Tunes Under the drive (F) and My options are also Logs tunes GetCDrom and info. I click on Logs Takes for ever to load, and folder turns up empty. try to go back all folders are now empty again same as try (1). and touch screen on DSP is frozen. unplug try again, opens up the same way as try (1) unplug try again, opens up the same way as try (1) I think its fried...... Help me!!!!

You are not letting the tool update. Please plug the tool into your PC, go to the intune drive under “my computerâ€
