What is Factory "HP" Tune? 2006 Yukon 5.3L 4-speed

Hi.
My Trinity offers me 3 tunes, one of them being a "Factory HP Tune" - can you tell me how that is different?
Also, is the octane the only difference between the 87 Octane and Diablo tunes?

Factory HP tunes make no power. It just allows changes other stuff. 87 octane tune runs on 87 octane, Diablo tune has more timing and runs on 91 or better.

the Factory HP Tune does not change anything - the factory hp tune is just a copy of your original backup stock tune... it lets you make changes to stock settings, if you didn't want to use one of the regular performance tunes...
