Is there gonna be tuning soon for the Fiat 500 Abarth?

They know its unlocked. The problem is, those mini motors don't get very big gains from tuning, and people aren't gonna wanna spend $400 for 5 or 10hp. Doesn't look to be too much left in their turbos either without replacement, which is a big negative for tuning them. If there was a decent amount of reserve capacity they could turn up the boost and make power.

I was just wondering is all..I dont have one....I find it crazy that my 6.4L PCM is locked and the new fiat 500 r not

We made 40 WHP with an FIC 8 running stock boost levels. We could have made more but the injectors were maxed out. This market would be happy to spend $500 to get a tuning solution considering PCM flashes are coming in at $400 to $700.

Then the question becomes, why are they being held back from the factory? Whats the weak point? Whats gonna break? Is it an engine part, or is it the transmission? If they offered an automatic I'd buy one and find out. Their loss at this point.
