I have an older Predator that had the older 7r84 code in it. Whe I would try to tune my 2005 Excursion, It would tell me that I needed to update the unit. When I update the unit, with any of the versions (even the old original version) it finishes with a "transfer failed" message. When the unit reboots, it always indicates the version that i just tried to download. Is this ok? Everything in the menus looks normal.

gotta load the 8r10 file to that tool first, then the latest 9r15.

8r10 gets the same response. "Transfer failed" It does go through the whole process and takes a few minutes, but, when it gets finished, the units screen indicates "Transfer failed". Upon reboot, the unit will show ver 8r10 at the top. Same thing happens with whichever version I try to load.

if its showing 8r10 already, just load 9r15 now.
