Prongs broke off intune!!!!

Hi there I have a 2012 camaro ss, I went to go reload the factory tune, because it is going to the dealer for some warranty work tomm, it would not power up up when I plugged everything in. After looking at the connector, I noticed two of the prongs are broke off on the connector. I need to know how to get this thing fixed, My factory thune is in the unit, and I need to get it out, I cannot be having my warranty voided because of this. I have had 2 other predators before this and would take them back in a heartbeat, I am not impressed with the cheap quality of this thing. But bottom line....how do I get this fixed to recover my factoery tune? Thanks Rich

You might want to call diablosport and talk to the tech department

They can't void your warranty. Its against Federal law. Just tell them not to flash the computer. I brought my CTS-V into the dealer this morning, modded up the ass, and they didn't even threaten to do anything with the warranty.

Thanks Quimbo and Mike for the info, Had me real nervous!, I was able to get some info from the tech dept, and have already recieved my RMA, and will be sending it off tomm for the repairs. I will sleep a little better knowing Im ok on the warranty! Thanks Rich
