OK, this is where it is starting to get interesting or embarrassing, I guess. I was talking to some of my friends in the industry and they informed me that DS is actually on other big three manufacturer dedicated forums posting responses to question on their products. So if I am reading this correctly on one of the Dodge Forums from a post in last July of this year; Mike Litsch introduced himself in the forum as chief engineer and also one of the owners and Presidents of DS. So if this is correct, how should we take this? Have we have been getting the shaft by the one of the presidents of the company? The big picture is now getting painted (if Mike is one of the Pres’s) as when we have been asking for the owner and getting no response it is because he is one and must be embarrassed that he is involved in starting the decline of DS by screwing his faithful customers. All we want is answers and we cannot get anything. This is not going to sound good through the industry. Here is the beginning of the post = "I am the new president of DiabloSport and my 1st priority is HEMI.â€

MikeL, As I stated and questioned in the post if it was correct. Why don't you actually spend some time on actually answering our questions and provideing dates that we will actually have working handhelds instead of ROFL and LOL. You see we are your customer and we are not seeing customer service at this time. Should we start asking Mike W to answer our questions since you can't, DUDE? I have three trucks with you handhelds in them. Don't bite the hands that feed you DA.
MikeW, can you please support these issues for the Ford 7.3 and 6.0 that are being discussed in multiple forums as we are currently not getting any answers on the repeat issues and questions we are providing to your technicians. Many of us on the forum are just you know, wanting what we have paid for. If not can I get RMA's for each of my three handhelds and I will go on my merry way to another supplier.

Sorry folks for sounding like a bleeding heart but one more thing, I did do my homework and if your tech support was up to task all these posts wouldn't exist...

Yeah right ... I emailed Mike Wesley with a detailed account on Dec 20 and a week later never heard a thing ....Guess they are having a hell of a Christmas / New Years.... A reply would have been appreciated

After checking my e-mail, I received no e-mail from you, on the 20th. I even looked a few days before and after just to make sure.
Only e-mail I received during that time about 7.3l or 6.0l was from a person named Matt, who I promptly replied to and we exchanged multiple e-mails.
It is possible since you use gmail (looked at your profile), it may have gotten caught up in my spam filter and was deleted.
Possibly try a PM on here?

Wow Mike Wesley you are sure taking a Sh*t kicking! Hey guy he does exist wanna why I know because I sent him a nasty email and he actually replied and he also helped me out when my truck crapped out .So maybe cut him some slack as I am sure he get more than a couple of emails a day but on the other hand he allways relies to mine right away maybe he was just busy that day. Or you could keep shi**ting on him your choice but it may take longer to get a fix from him if you piss him off!
