trinity making tranny slam

I have a diablo tirinty in my 2008 gmc sierra denali and when ever i put a tune on it make my tranny slam only from stop to go or crusing to full throttle, and it does not do it if i drive it around with no tune.. please help me i kind of sucks to spend $700 for a tuner that works as only a monitor. Is there some kind of tranny tune you could send me to resolve this problem

is it allowing you to load a trans tune?

can you export a copy of the backups and last tune written files?
