Software crash on update

I am trying to update to latest crom v.9r15 from v.9r14. It downloads fine, finds 7164, but soon as I load up from into updater it crashes and gives me a "working on a fix" error message

Also when I try to download the original back up, tool says "out of memory"

Kudos for the update mate! Have tried the economy tune and performance tune so far. Economy was better than last version. Performance makes for a world of difference. The only problem I have found is around 1800-1850 rpms, the engine kind of surges like the wastegate is fluttering open and close under moderate load. This only happens on the performance tune
