failed cut issue

I have a predator u7194 with version v.9r12. I installed the 87 octane tune to my 2008 truck and had no issues. Now that i am trying to revert back to the stock tune i am getting a error every time i try saying failed cut. Read up that this has been fixed with an update but i cant do an update until i put stock tune back on my truck. Any ideas or any help would be great and i thank you in advance

hmm, may need to give us a call with the tool powered up in the truck so we can check it out.

Bump. Hey mike I called into tech support and I was suppose to get an email back with instructions on how to fix the issue. It's been about two weeks and still no email. I would really like to get this resolved. Please contact me.

do you recall whom you spoke to?

what did they want to send you?
