Hi Guys

I tried to install a Diablosport Trinity on my Dodge Ram yesterday

I downloaded all the appropriate updates from http://diablosport.com/downloads-updates?pid=2

Unfortunately all I get is this error code

This vehicle needs an update.

I connected the Trinity to my friend's 2010 Raptor and it communicated just fine

did you update the calibration on the tuner? the process to update the trinity is a bit tedious and personally i was facing many issues with updating the dsdownloader program its self, heres what i did:
1. manually update the dsdownloader by downloading the latest version from the diablo site. also download version f of the tune
2. once installed start the program, connect the tuner and wait a few seconds for the tuner to be detected.
3. once detected install the f tune to your trinity (i assume this was done already as you found your vehicle on the trinity anyways)
4. if the f file is installed then the dsdownloader will display the calibration update page, just click the button and download the update.
5. go to the car and install the tune.

just follow the prompts, open dsdl, let it connect, and click the cal updater button...
