Question

Post by MrGs SS »

I am new to the computer tuning thing. I have just ordered an InTune tuner for my 2013 L99 SS. I also ordered an intake and cat back exhaust for the time being, have to save my allowance to get headers and cats this summer.

My question is this, should I go ahead and do the performance tune, I am anxious to get the AFM BS turned off and maybe firm up my shifting, or should I wait till the other goodies are installed and then tune. Since neither item specifically requires a tune, CAI intake and Corsa cat back system, is there any real reason to wait?

Thanks in advance for feedback and advice.

Just do it. No need to wait. You'll just get a bigger performance gain when you tune it.
