Still waiting on the fix as well. Gotta tell you, I'll going to be scared to try it on my 07 Avalanche. GM is probably getting wise with all the PCMs getting changed under warranty.

GM doesn't care about tuners at all. Heck, my dealership sells tuners and have no warranty concerns about you bringing your vehicle in with a tune it it.

Obviously it's a different story if you break your engine, but thats a feat on it's own. A tune like this won't do it unless you ignore common sense and go crazy with your settings or rag on your drivetrain.

There is a risk of bricking the PCM no matter what you do or which tuner you use (Edge destroyed the PCM in my dad's 2500 Duramax due to a problem with the second battery), and you will have to pay to have that replaced, but no one said that modifying expensive vehicles was cheap.

I'll give it one more try (once we see the revision). If it screws my truck up again, I'm done. Will get HP Tuner and do it myself.

Gonna have some fun now. I know the U7194 has a short logging time, so when you log are you looking at the fueling at wide open throttle? Is there any benefit (mileage wise) to looking at partial throttle air fuel ratios? Can you modify partial throttle ratios?

no, part throttle / normal cruising AFR will always be 14.75, as the ECM controls that - that's what the fuel trims are for...

you want to get your fuel trims dialed in before you touch any WOT/PE fueling....

could we can an update on when TCM will be available for the u7194? An honest no bullshit assessment. It was stated that it would be out in a month or two and we're coming up on month 1 pretty soon.

Completely off topic and a free bump. Crazy27 your sig says you have 22 feet wheels not 22 inch. it's 22" not 22'. lol
