re-flash a u7153

i need to reflash my u7153 programmer because i cant get it to work anymore for some strange reason. im the original owner/purchaser...how do i go about doing this?

laneklu, What is the predator doing ? Is it giving you any kind of error messages ?

no, i plug it in, it starts up and goes black. i ve called and already updated to the latest software and when i called the tech had said it might have to be reflashed or whatever its called

laneklu, On the back of the predator there is small hole which contains a small contrast screw. Try turning this screw a small bit to see if the screen clears up for you. If not you will need to go on our website. Under support there is a heading that say's RMA request. Fill this form out and submitt it back to us. We will e-mail you back (within 24 hours) a RMA # and the address to ship it back to.
